The EZ Ostroff Boys Foundation partners with churches, ministries, and community leaders to strengthen children's and youth ministries. We invest in resources, programs, and opportunities that nurture spiritual growth, develop leadership, and create lasting impact for young people and their families.

Every phrase of our mission statement carries a commitment. Here is what each part means — and how it shows up in what we do.
We partner.

We never work alone. We come alongside congregations, youth pastors, and community leaders who already know their young people by name — amplifying what they've started rather than replacing it.
In practice: This is why we offer resource grants, event sponsorship, and training scholarships directly to churches and ministries.
We strengthen.

Many small and mid-sized ministries carry a big vision on a small budget. Our role is to shore them up — helping the ministries on the front lines of young people's lives do more, reach further, and last longer.
In practice: From curriculum and equipment to outreach events, every investment is aimed at building ministry capacity.

Investment means more than money — it means putting real tools, experiences, and open doors in front of young people: a week at camp, a seat at a leadership conference, a family kept afloat during hardship.
In practice: Our scholarships, camp sponsorships, and Family Assistance Programs turn this investment into everyday reality.
We nurture spiritual growth.

Faith is caught in moments — a worship night, a retreat cabin conversation, a morning devotion at camp. We make sure no child misses those moments because of cost.
In practice: Camp and retreat scholarships are the heartbeat of this part of the mission.
We develop leadership.

Today's scholarship recipient becomes tomorrow's worship leader, mentor, and youth pastor. We invest in the training and conferences that grow young people into confident, called leaders.
In practice: Leadership conference scholarships and training support for youth pastors and volunteers live here.
We create lasting impact.
“…and create lasting impact for young people and their families.”
A child whose family is supported through a hard season grows up knowing the church showed up. The impact of one act of generosity echoes for generations.
In practice: Our Family Assistance Programs — rent, utilities, meals, and more — minister to the whole family, not just the child.
